Tuna Skillet Supper
Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 packet (1 ounce) HIDDEN VALLEY® The Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
8 ounces uncooked spiral egg noodles
2 cups frozen petite peas, thawed
2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna or shrimp, drained
In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, blend cream cheese, milk and salad dressing & seasoning mix until smooth.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and combine with peas and tuna in a large skillet. Stir dressing mixture into pasta. Cook over low heat until mixture is hot.
