A zippy macaroni and cheese dish with bacon and tomatoes to serve for your next meal.
• 1 lb. elbow macaroni
• 1/2 lb. bacon
• 1 large can whole tomatoes
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar
Cook macaroni. Slice bacon into 1" pieces. Cook half of it partially. Chop tomatoes into small pieces. Combine macaroni, 1 1/2 cups cheese, tomatoes, and partially cooked bacon. Place in buttered casserole. Top with remaining cheese and bacon slices. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
