Western Wagon Wheels
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
2 cups wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1-1/2 cups water
1 box (10 ounces) BIRDS EYE® frozen Sweet Corn
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
• In large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 5 minutes or until well browned.
• Stir in pasta, tomatoes, water, corn and barbecue sauce; bring to a boil.
• Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
Serving Suggestion Serve with corn bread or corn muffins.
