"Basil, parsley, walnuts, Romano cheese and garlic are combined with olive oil to make this pesto which is served tossed with pasta."
• 5 large cloves garlic, peeled
• 1 cup tightly packed fresh basil
• 1 cup tightly packed fresh parsley
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
• 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
Combine garlic, basil, parsley, salt, 1/4 cup of the olive oil and the nuts in food processor. Blend until ingredients are chopped fine and form a paste. Gradually blend in remaining olive oil, alternately with grated cheese, blending until well mixed, and scrapping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust ingredients to personal preference
