Easy Spaghetti Dinner

Homemade sauce is not difficult to put together. Just cook ground beef with onion, peppers, and garlic, then add tomatoes and mushrooms and simmer.
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 small green or red sweet pepper
• 1/2 cup diced onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp minced fresh garlic
• 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
• 1 14 1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes
• 3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
• 1 package spaghetti seasoning (any kind)
• 3/4 cup water
Combine first 6 ingredients together. Cook till beef is browned. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, undrained diced tomatoes, mushrooms, seasoning and water. Mix well. Let simmer 20 minutes. Serve over thin spaghetti noodles.
