Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1 box (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
BROWN meat in large skillet; drain.
STIR in 2 cups water and ketchup. Bring to boil. Stir in Shell Macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
ADD Cheese Sauce; stir until melted.
Special Extra
Follow directions reducing water to 1-1/4 cups and adding 3/4 milk with water and ketchup. Also, add 1 medium tomato, chopped and 1/4 cup sliced green onions with the Cheese Sauce; stir until well blended.
