    Buffalo-Style Chicken Pizzas

    Makes 8 servings

    Ingredients
    2 cups shredded cooked chicken
    1/3 cup Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    2 (12-inch) unbaked pizza crusts
    1 cup pizza sauce
    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing



    Prep Time 10 minutes
    Cook Time 15 minutes


    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine chicken, Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter.

    2. Place pizza crusts on baking sheets. Spread with pizza sauce and top with chicken mixture, cheese and celery; dividing evenly.

    3. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Drizzle with dressing. Cut into wedges to serve.


    Tip You may substitute two (12-inch) pre-baked pizza shells for the pizza crusts.
