    Cheeseburger Calzones
    Makes 8 servings



    Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 jar (1 pound 10 ounces) RAGÚ® Robusto!® Pasta Sauce
    1 jar (8 ounces) marinated mushrooms, drained and chopped (optional)
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
    1 package (12 ounces) refrigerated large flaky biscuits (8 biscuits)



    Prep Time 15 minutes
    Cook Time 25 minutes




    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef with onion and salt over medium-high heat; drain. Stir in 1 cup Ragú Pasta Sauce, mushrooms and cheese.

    2. On floured board, cut each pound of dough into 4 pieces; press to form 6-inch circles. Spread 1/2 cup beef mixture on each dough circle; fold over and pinch edges to close.

    3. With large spatula, gently arrange on cookie sheets. Bake 25 minutes or until golden. Serve with remaining sauce, heated.
