    2 oz Cheese
    1/4 c Mushrooms; sliced
    Pinch of garlic powder
    Pinch of oregano
    Tomato sauce or catsup (optional)

    Put mushrooms on toast and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with seasonings. Broil in oven until cheese is hot and bubbly.
