    Tuna Focaccia Melt

    Makes 8 servings

    Ingredients
    1 can (12 ounces) tuna, packed in water; drained
    2/3 cup French's® Gourmayo™ Wasabi Horseradish Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup finely chopped celery
    2 tablespoons minced red or green onion
    1 thin pre-baked (12-inch) pizza crust or focaccia bread
    2 ripe plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
    8 slices Swiss, American, Muenster, or mozzarella cheese



    Prep Time 10 minutes
    Cook Time 10 minutes




    1. Heat oven to 450°F. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, celery and onion in large bowl until well blended. Spread on pizza shell. Arrange tomato slices and cheese on top.

    2. Place pizza crust on pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve. Garnish as desired.


    Variation Substitute any flavor of French's® Gourmayo™ Light Mayonnaise. For a change of pace, substitute 2 cups shredded chicken for the tuna.
