2 pints small-curd cottage cheese
1 cup grated radishes
2 carrots, peeled & grated
4 finely chopped scallions
2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe
Using a colander, rinse cottage cheese in cold water draining well. Combine with remaining ingredients mixing well. Chill well, overnight if possible.
