    List of Ingredients




    1 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    3 clove garlic, sliced
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    4 large tomatoes, peeled & chopped
    2 Tbsp fresh thyme leaves, coarsely chopped

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except tomato & thyme mixing well. Add the tomato & thyme mixing well. Cover & let set at room temperature for about 1 hour. Stir again, cover & chill until ready to use.

    Makes 4 cups
