    Zesty SPAM™ Caesar Salad
    Makes 6 servings

    Ingredients
    1/2 cup prepared Caesar salad dressing
    1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into 2-inch strips
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    6 cups torn romaine lettuce
    1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
    Seasoned bread cubes





    In large skillet, heat dressing. Stir in SPAM® and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Place lettuce in large bowl. Spoon SPAM™ mixture over lettuce; toss gently. Top with Parmesan cheese and bread cubes.
