Makes 16 appetizers
1 15 oz can Beef Stew
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 16 oz. tube of refrigerator biscuitsRecipe
Combine first 4 ingredients. Cut each biscuit in half, so that there are 2 round halves. Flatten out each half, spoon some stew mixture onto biscuit, fold over in half, and pinch biscuit closed. Place on cookie sheet and bake according to directions on biscuit dough.
