    Corned Beef sandwich on rye bread with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese & tomato

    List of Ingredients




    4 thin slices (about 3 oz) corned beef
    Sauerkraut, rinsed & drained well, to taste
    2 thin slices Swiss cheese
    Mustard to taste
    2 slices rye bread, toasted
    Sliced tomato to taste, optional

    Recipe



    Spread mustard on both slices of bread, add corned beef, sauerkraut, tomato & cheese.
