Potato Chip Sandwich

3 Slices Whole wheat bread
2 Tbls. Tartar sauce
4 Fish sticks, cooked according to package directions.
2 Slices Tomato
2 Lettuce leaves, washed
1/2 C. Potato chips, crushed
Prepare double decker sandwich by spreading bread slices with tartar sauce. Layer with cooked fish sticks, tomato, lettuce and crushed potato chips. Secure sandwich with frilled toothpicks.
Yield: 4 servings.
