Makes 8 servings
1 tube refrigerator biscuit dough
1/2 cup onion, diced
4 strips bacon, cut into 1" pieces
1 24 oz. can Beef StewRecipe
Bake biscuits according to package directions. Sauté onion in a skillet. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp enough to break apart. Stir in beef stew and; heat until desired temperature is reached. Pour beef stew gravy over split biscuits and serve.
