2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped leeks
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tsp margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 cups water
Salt & pepper to taste
2 vegetable bouillon cubes, crushedRecipe
Put margarine in the pot, add the carrots, celery, garlic, leeks & cabbage & sauté until vegetables are tender. Add water & bouillon, bring to a boil then reduce heat & partially cover. Simmer stirring often, until vegetables are soft & soup is done, about 20-30 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste.
