1 24 oz. can of Beef Stew
1 cup cooked rice
5 medium green peppers, cored and seeded
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shreddedRecipe
Combine Beef Stew and rice. Fill peppers with Beef Stew mixture. Top with cheese. Bake in 375�F oven for 25 minutes.
