    Chocolate Crockpot Pudding Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package chocolate cake mix
    • 1 package (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 cup water
    • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • whipped cream or ice cream


    Instructions


    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
    2. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    3. Stir in chocolate chips.
    4. Pour into a 5-quart slow cooker that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the center out with moist crumbs.
    6. Serve in bowls with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
