    Recipe Introduction


    Quick, easy and tangy baked salmon fillets. Serve with rice pilaf and a green salad for an elegant supper! Makes 6 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
    • 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 cup fresh slice mushrooms


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter on 9x13 baking dish.
    2. In a cup, combine salad dressing mix, water and lemon juice.
    3. Arrange salmon in a single layer in the baking dish.
    4. Pour the water mixture over the top and place sliced mushrooms over the salmon.
    5. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
    6. Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
