Recipe Introduction
Quick, easy and tangy baked salmon fillets. Serve with rice pilaf and a green salad for an elegant supper! Makes 6 servings.
List of Ingredients
- 6 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh slice mushrooms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter on 9x13 baking dish.
- In a cup, combine salad dressing mix, water and lemon juice.
- Arrange salmon in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Pour the water mixture over the top and place sliced mushrooms over the salmon.
- Bake, covered, for 15 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
