Easy Beef Lasagna

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar (1 pound, 10 ounce) Ragu Old World Style
- 1 container (15 ounce) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a 12 inch skillet brown ground beef and drain.
- Stir in pasta sauce and heat through.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs.
- In a 13x9 baking dish evenly spread 1 cup meat sauce.
- Arrange 4 lasagna noodles lengthwise over sauce, then 1 cup meat sauce and 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture.
- Repeat, ending with sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
