    Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
    • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 1/2 can milk
    • 1 package of rance salad dressing mix


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in skillet and cook chops until browned.
    2. Add soup, milk, and 1/2 the package of salad dressing mix.
    3. Heat to a boil.
    4. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
