List of Ingredients
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices of Swiss or American cheese, each cut in half
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) of Campbell’s condensed cream of Broccoli Soup
- 8 tomato slices (I use Roma)
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, melted
- ½ cup of Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
- 8 cups of hot cooked rice
Instructions
- In 3 quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken and top with cheese.
- In small bowl, stir soup and spread over cheese.
- Top chicken with tomatoes.
- In another small bowl, combine margarine and stuffing; sprinkle over tomatoes.
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Serve with rice.
