Easy Onion Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix
- ¾ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Instructions
- With rolling pin, crush onion soup mix in pouch. In a bag, combine soup, bread crumbs, cheese and pepper.
- Dip chicken in eggs; coat with crumb mixture.
- On a baking sheet, arrange chicken. Drizzle with margarine. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
