    Pre-heat to 350*


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 2 tbsp. coca
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tbsp.vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. melted shortening
    • 1 tsp.vanilla
    • 1 cup cold water


    Instructions


    1. Sift first 5 ingredients 3 times into the pan you are going to be baking it in.
    2. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
    3. Put vinegar in one hole, shortening in the second, & vanill in the third.
    4. Pour 1 cup cold water over all and beat well.
    5. Bake at 350* until done.


    Final Comments


    Makes a small cake and is very moist
