Lemon Pudding Desert

Pre-heat oven to 350*
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 2/3 cups crushed walnuts
- 1 cup confection sugar
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
- cool whip (medium size)
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups milk
Instructions
- Mix Flour, oleo, crushed walnuts. Put in 9x13 pan for pie crust.
- Bake at 350* for 1/2 hour. Cool
- Take con. sugar, cream cheese-beat 2 min.
- Fold in 1/2 container cool whip.
- Spread cheese mix on crust.
- Mix pudding, milk until thickened. Spread on cheese then add rest of cool whip.
- Put in freezer till needed.
