Pre-heat oven to 350*





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups flour
  
• 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  
• 2/3 cups crushed walnuts
  
• 1 cup confection sugar
  
• 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
  
• cool whip (medium size)
  
• 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
  
• 3 cups milk
  






Instructions



1. Mix Flour, oleo, crushed walnuts. Put in 9x13 pan for pie crust.
   
2. Bake at 350* for 1/2 hour. Cool
   
3. Take con. sugar, cream cheese-beat 2 min.
   
4. Fold in 1/2 container cool whip.
   
5. Spread cheese mix on crust.
   
6. Mix pudding, milk until thickened. Spread on cheese then add rest of cool whip.
   
7. Put in freezer till needed.
