    Chocolate Chunk Bread Pudding with Brandy-White Chocolate Sauce is actually the complete recipe name. Very delicious.

    List of Ingredients




    bread pudding:
    3 1/2 c. whole milk
    1 c. half and half
    1-1# loaf french bread
    4 large eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 tb. melted butter
    1 tb. vanilla
    2-4oz semisweet chocolate baking bars,chopped

    brandy-white chocolate sauce:
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. half and half
    1-4oz white chocolate baking bar, chopped
    3 tb brandy

    Recipe



    Preheat over to 325*. Spray 2 qt baking dish with cooking spray. In lg. bowl, stir together milk and half and half. Tear bread into small pieces, and stir into milk mixture, pressing bread to absorb mixture. Let mixture stand for 10 min. In med bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla...add to bread mixture, stirring well. Stir in chopped chocolate. Bake, uncovered, for 55 min. or until firm and lightly browned. Serve warm w/ sauce.

    brandy-white chocolate sauce:
    in small saucepan, stir together sugar, butter and half/half; bring to boil over med heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat to low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 min. Remove from heat; stir in chopped white choc, stirring until melted. Stir in brandy. Serve warm.
