    Mexican Cornbread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup self rising cornmeal
    • 1 onion (chopped)
    • chopped jalapenos
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 can cream corn
    • 1 cup graded cheese
    • 1/4 cup oil
    • 3 eggs


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.


    2. Heat cast iron skillet on with a dab of oil until skillet is VERY hot.


    3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour in hot skillet.


    4. Cook for 25 minutes.
