Mexican Cornbread

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising cornmeal
- 1 onion (chopped)
- chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 can cream corn
- 1 cup graded cheese
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat cast iron skillet on with a dab of oil until skillet is VERY hot.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour in hot skillet.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
