List of Ingredients



• 3 egg white stifly beaten
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
   
   
2. Add sugar gradually.
   
   
3. Add vanilla and chopped nuts.
   
   
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto foil covered cookie sheet.
   
   
5. Bake 20 - 30 minutes at 350.
