    Peanut Butter Rocky Road Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
    • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
    • 2 cups miniature marshmallows


    Instructions


    1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave.


    2. Stir in the peanut butter until blended.


    3. Remove from heat and fold in the marshmallows.


    4. Spread the mixture into a 9 by 13 inch greased baking dish.


    5. Cover and chill until the candy firms up (about 10 to 15 minutes).
