List of Ingredients
4 Whole chicken breasts or 2 fryers
8 ounces sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups crushed crackers
3 TBS melted butter
Recipe
Boil chicken until tender, cool and remove from bones.
Place chicken in a lightly buttered casserole dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together, pour over chicken.
Toss crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 until brown.
Serves 6.
