Layered Chicken Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb cooked chicken (diced)
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl combine mushroom soup, milk, celery, bell peppers and paprika.
- Mix well and set aside.
- In a greased casserole dish cover bottom with 1/2 lb of diced chicken.
- Slice hard boiled eggs and arrange over chicken.
- Spread half soup mixture over eggs.
- Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
