    Blueberry Bread Pudding

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    • 4 cups cubed day old bread
    • 1 pint blueberries


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


    2. Lightly grease an 8" square pan.


    3. Whisk eggs in medium bowl.


    4. Stir in milk, sugar, almond extract.


    5. Add the bread and set aside for 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the egg mixture.


    6. Gently stir in the berries.


    7. Spoon into pan and bake for 45 minutes.
