Blueberry Bread Pudding

- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 cups cubed day old bread
- 1 pint blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease an 8" square pan.
- Whisk eggs in medium bowl.
- Stir in milk, sugar, almond extract.
- Add the bread and set aside for 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the egg mixture.
- Gently stir in the berries.
- Spoon into pan and bake for 45 minutes.
