    Blueberry Jello-O Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • Salad:
    • 1 - 8 oz box black cherry jello
    • 1 - 16 oz can blueberry pie filling (2 cups fresh or frozen can be used)
    • 1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
    • Topping:
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 - 16 oz sour cream
    • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
    • 1 - cup chopped pecans (toasted)


    Instructions


    1. In large bowl, prepare jello according to package.


    2. Add pie filling or fresh blueberries (if using frozen blueberries, they need to be thawed first) and pineapple.


    3. Pour into 15 x 10 glass dish.


    4. Chill 4 hours to set.


    5. Topping:


    6. Combine sugar, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix to spreading consistancy.


    7. Spread over SET jello.


    8. Sprinkle pecans on top.


    9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
