Blueberry Jello-O Salad

List of Ingredients
- Salad:
- 1 - 8 oz box black cherry jello
- 1 - 16 oz can blueberry pie filling (2 cups fresh or frozen can be used)
- 1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - 16 oz sour cream
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 - cup chopped pecans (toasted)
Instructions
- In large bowl, prepare jello according to package.
- Add pie filling or fresh blueberries (if using frozen blueberries, they need to be thawed first) and pineapple.
- Pour into 15 x 10 glass dish.
- Chill 4 hours to set.
- Topping:
- Combine sugar, sour cream and cream cheese. Mix to spreading consistancy.
- Spread over SET jello.
- Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
