    Cheesy Congealed Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple
    • 1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk
    • 1 1/2 cup grated mild cheese
    • 1 cup pecans
    • 1 - 3 oz package orange jello (small)
    • 1 cup mayo


    Instructions


    1. Empty pineapple in pan. Bring to boil. Add jello, stir well.


    2. Take off heat, add cheese, pecans and mayo, then add milk.


    3. Stir well and pour in mold or square casserole dish.


    4. Place in frig.



    Final Comments


    Serves 16.
