Frozen Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 15-20 Maraschino cherries (drained & blotted)
- 1/4 c. pecans (crushed)
- 4 medium bananas(diced)
Instructions
- Blend Cool-Whip & sour cream.
- Add lemon juice,sugar,salt & vanilla.
- Fold in pineapple & bananas.
- Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
- Freeze until soft-set.
- Arrange Maraschino cherries on top.
Final Comments
Makes pretty holiday dish.
Thaw 20 minutes before serving.
Use as little or as much wanted,
keeps well for 2 months.
Use plastic container in freezer.
