    Frozen Fruit Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz. carton Cool Whip
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla
    • 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
    • 15-20 Maraschino cherries (drained & blotted)
    • 1/4 c. pecans (crushed)
    • 4 medium bananas(diced)


    Instructions


    1. Blend Cool-Whip & sour cream.


    2. Add lemon juice,sugar,salt & vanilla.


    3. Fold in pineapple & bananas.


    4. Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.


    5. Freeze until soft-set.


    6. Arrange Maraschino cherries on top.




    Final Comments


    Makes pretty holiday dish.
    Thaw 20 minutes before serving.
    Use as little or as much wanted,
    keeps well for 2 months.
    Use plastic container in freezer.
