Recipe Introduction

2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes 3 1/2 cups sugar 6 eggs 3/4 can pet milk (12 oz) (about 1 cup) 1/2 cup margarine (or stick, sliced) 1 teaspoon vanilla

List of Ingredients

Bake sweet potatoes until done on 300 degrees.

Mix poatoes, sugar and well beaten eggs.

Add milk, margarine and vanilla.

Pour into UNBAKED pastry crust.

Cook 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Protect edges of crust with foil or crust covers.

You can double this recipe and make 4 deep dish pies or 6 regular.
