    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
    • 1 package lemon jello (small pkg, you can also use sugar free)
    • 1 can rotel (original or mild)
    • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (chopped small)
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion (chopped small)
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (chopped small)
    • 1/2 cup mayonaise


    Instructions


    1. Put first three items in a saucepan and heat until cream cheese is melted.

      Let this cook completely.


    2. Then add bell pepper, onion, pecans and mayonaise to the mix.


    3. Pour into any kind of dish you like.


    4. Refrigerate overnight.


    5. Serve with chips or crackers of any variety you like.
