List of Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 package lemon jello (small pkg, you can also use sugar free)
- 1 can rotel (original or mild)
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (chopped small)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion (chopped small)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (chopped small)
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
Instructions
- Put first three items in a saucepan and heat until cream cheese is melted.
Let this cook completely.
- Then add bell pepper, onion, pecans and mayonaise to the mix.
- Pour into any kind of dish you like.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with chips or crackers of any variety you like.
