Cheesy Corn Spread

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - 12 oz green giant mexican whole kernal corn with sweet peppers
- raw veggies or crackers
Instructions
- Bring cheese to room temp.
- In a large bowl, add cheese.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT CORN until well blended. Stir in corn.
- Cover, chill several hours or overnight.
- Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
Final Comments
Can be stored in frig up to 1 week. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
