    Cheesy Corn Spread

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup mayo
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 - 12 oz green giant mexican whole kernal corn with sweet peppers
    • raw veggies or crackers


    Instructions


    1. Bring cheese to room temp.


    2. In a large bowl, add cheese.


    3. Mix in remaining ingredients, EXCEPT CORN until well blended. Stir in corn.


    4. Cover, chill several hours or overnight.


    5. Serve with raw veggies or crackers.



    Final Comments


    Can be stored in frig up to 1 week. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
