    Watergate Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 - 4oz package pistachio instant pudding mix
    1 can - 20oz crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 cup jet puffed mini marshmallows
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/2 cups cool whip (1/2 of 8oz tub, thawed)

    Recipe

    Mix dry pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans in a large bowl until well blended.

    Add whipped topping, stir gently until blended.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
