    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 pound bacon (diced)
    • 2 1/2 pound red potatoes (thinly sliced)
    • 2 medium onions (sliced)
    • 1 1/2 pound boneless venison steak (cubed)
    • 3 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • season salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, drain.


    2. Place potatoes and onions in a 5 quart slow cooker.


    3. Top with venison and bacon.


    4. Combine the corn, worchestershire sauce, sugar and season salt. Pour over the top.


    5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
