List of Ingredients
1 package round steak
salt
pepper
1 small onion (finely chopped)
6 - 7 large potatoes (cut in small pieces)
flourRecipe
Cut your round steak in small pieces (bite size).
Coat with flour and fry them in skillet.
Alternate layers of steak and potates.
Cover with onions and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
You can add brown gravy if you like!
