    SUPER EASY Salisbury Steaks and gravy

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb hamburger meat
    • 1 box cornbread stove top stuffing
    • 1/2 cup of water
    • 1 egg
    • garlic salt
    • 3 pks of your favorite gravy mix


    Instructions


    1. Pre heat oven to 375.

    2. Mix all ingredients together except your gravy mix, and form into patties.

    3. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 35 minutes.

    4. Remove them from the cookie sheet and place them in a large casserole dish.

    5. Make up gravy as directed and pour over steaks.

    6. Put back in the oven until gravy has thickened (I add salt pepper and garlic salt to my gravy, and if you like mushrooms, cut up some fresh ones and put them in your gravy) The gravy will not get as thick as it does when cooking it on top of the stove. Make sure to stir it frequently so it wont clump.

    This is great served over rice!
