Taco Soup

List of Ingredients
- 10 lbs ground chuck
- 6 cans whole corn
- 8 cans chili beans (or 4 chili beans/4 kidney beans)
- 8 cans stewed tomatoes (or crushed/diced)
- 6 packets of dry ranch dressing
- 6 packets of taco seasonion (low sodium if you can)
- 4 large onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Brown ground chuck and onions, drain.
- Add all ingredients (do not drain the cans).
- Add some water or tomato sauce if it looks to thick. It will loosen up some as it starts to cook.
- Cook on 350 degrees (electric roaster) for 4 hours.
Final Comments
Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese (takes like a taco!)
Serve with cornbread (tastes like soup!)
For a regular crockpot adjust recipe to 2 1/2 lbs ground chuck, 1 onion and 2 of all other ingredients.
