Rotel Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 large onion (chopped)
8 medium potatoes (boiled)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 - 11 oz can rotel w/chilies (mild or hot)
1 lb velveeta cheese (sliced)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
Recipe
Brown onion and pepper in butter.
Add cheese and rotel with juice.
Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
Slice potatoes in greased 3 qt casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
