    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups multigrain cereal with rolled rye, oats, barley and wheat (try the health food section)
    • 1 cup regular rolled oats
    • 3/4 cup chopped almonds
    • 1 cup toasted wheat germ
    • 1 6 oz. package mixed dried fruit bits
    • 1/2 cup unsalted shelled sunflower seeds or Grape Nuts cereal
    • 1/2 cup dried banana chips, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Stir ingredients together.

    2. Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.

    3. Eat with milk or yogurt.
