List of Ingredients
- 4 cups multigrain cereal with rolled rye, oats, barley and wheat (try the health food section)
- 1 cup regular rolled oats
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1 6 oz. package mixed dried fruit bits
- 1/2 cup unsalted shelled sunflower seeds or Grape Nuts cereal
- 1/2 cup dried banana chips, crushed
Instructions
- Stir ingredients together.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
- Eat with milk or yogurt.
