List of Ingredients
- 2 and 1/2 pints of whipping cream / whipped
- 2 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Whip cream.
- Add powdered sugar and blend.
- Add the cream cheese and vanilla
- Beat until smooth.
Final Comments
This can be frozen. Nice as a dressing for fruit salad or a dip for fresh fruit displayed in hollowed-out pineapple or cantaloupe bowls.
