    Lime Cottage Cheese Salad

    My Grandma makes this every holiday JUST FOR ME!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. lime flavored Jello
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 1 cup cottage cheese
    • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve Jello in the hot water. Cool in the refrigerator until slightly set.
    2. Stir in the cottage cheese, pineapple and nuts. Pour in a greased mold and chill until firm.


    Final Comments


    This always must be doubled for holidays.
