    Easy Potatoes Au Gratin


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
    • 1 pint of half and half (2 cups)
    • 4-5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes


    Instructions


    1. Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
    2. Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish.
    3. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
