Easy Potatoes Au Gratin
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
- 1 pint of half and half (2 cups)
- 4-5 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Instructions
- Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
- Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish.
- Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
